ATCSI Chairperson
Holly Biscotti, Chairwoman, ATCSI, LLC, is a 21- year Navy Veteran Air Traffic Controller who served in various duty stations from Keflavik, Iceland to the USS Dwight D. Eisenhower. She also served at NAWC-AD where she was responsible for the training of all Sailors and Marines in the utilization of Standard Terminal Automation Replacement System (STARS) and simulator. Mrs. Biscotti is responsible for the strategic vision and growth of the company. She holds an MA and BS from Regent University.

Giacomo “Giac” Biscotti, President/CEO, ATCSI, LLC is a 26-year Navy Veteran Air Traffic Controller who served with great distinction and has continued serving as an Industry Leader for the past 10+ years. He held a number of significant senior leadership roles including his final tour with the Commander, Naval Forces Atlantic, Norfolk, Virginia from 2004 -2008 as the Air Traffic Control Training and Readiness Program Manager.

Lance Clark
Chief Operations Officer
Lance Clark, COO, ATCSI, LLC, with over 30 years of extensive experience in US Navy Air Traffic Control and Program Management with in-depth expertise of Air Traffic Control, from airports to aircraft carriers, airspace, system testing and simulation. Experience spans from full performance level ATC to senior management. Oversees day-to-day operations of company’s core competencies such as project management, system engineering services, systems development, integration, implementation, system testing, and system evaluations.

BRETT EASLER
Consultant/ATC Professional
Brett "Bucket" Easler, with 36 years as a veteran navy air traffic controller and 10+ years supporting various Naval ATC initiatives, brings a broad range of experience and expertise to the ATCSI team. Honored to serve in various roles; from aircraft carrier air traffic control, terminal radar facilities, airspace management, training and readiness manager, ATC School House officer in-charge, Liaison to the FAA and ultimately Director of Navy Air Traffic Control services on the staff of the Chief of Naval Operations.
